Key Responsibilities
o Identifying and Pursing new customer acquisition opportunities
o Conducting cold calls to acquire new customers
o Building long term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers
Personal Characteristics
o Displaying Dedication, Motivation, and Persistence on a consistent basis
o Strong oral and written communication skills
o Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
o Enthusiastic and willingness to “roll up the sleeves” when require
o Self motivated, proactive, positive attitude

Position Requirements:
All candidates must have:
o An assertive personally, high energy level and resilient character
o Excellent verbal communication skills
o Exhibit high integrity in all business dealings
o Strong time management and organization skills
o At least one years’ telemarketing experience
o Telemarketing and client services skills essential
o Experience in the Financial Service
o Proven track record of exceeding objectives
